SHARPTEST NDE & INSPECTION SERVICES is founded in year 2001 in Navi Mumbai. SHARPTEST is managed by experienced ASNT NDT Level III. Core group of professional and experienced NDT Level II technicians are deputed to sites for testing. SHARPTEST NDT Level II technicians qualified by approved written practice which is in line with CP 189.
SHARPTEST has completed NDT Projects in following fields:

1. Ultrasonic Testing of Plates, Forgings, pipes & weld joint for Pressure Vessels & piping
2. NDT Inspection such as UT flaw detection and thickness Gauging, MT and PT for Petrochemical Plants & Refineries.

7. Ultrasonic Testing of T, K & Y weld joints
8. Positive Material Identification of stainless Steel alloys.

SHARPTEST having a core group of experienced and professional NDT Level II technicians. SHARPTEST believes in complete quality control of products of Suppliers and Purchasers as per the requirement of codes and specifications. SHARPTEST follows the standard operating procedures for items under test which are in line with ASME, API, AWS or DIN code as per client’s requirement for testing their products.

            SHARPTEST is managing the NDT Training, Examination and certification system for its NDT Technicians as per approved written practice by ASNT NDT Level III which is in line with CP -189 ASNT standards. All technicians are suitably trained and qualified in respective NDT method. Only experienced NDT Level II technicians are authorized to carry out the testing, interpretation of results and issuing reports.
